Data deletion

If you want us to delete your personal data, we can help. This page explains what to send, how long it takes, and what may need to be retained.

How to request deletion

Email info@bbbstudio.au from the same email address you used with us, with subject line Data Deletion Request.

• Your full name
• The email address linked to your enquiry or account
• The product/service (for example: contact form, Marketing Agent, support thread)
• What you want deleted (for example: enquiry history, account data, uploaded files)

What happens next

After we receive your request, we will:

• Acknowledge receipt within 2 business days
• Verify identity before processing
• Complete deletion within 30 days where legally possible
• Send you confirmation when deletion is complete

What we may retain

In some cases we must keep limited records for legal, security, fraud-prevention, tax, or regulatory obligations. If so, we will explain exactly what is retained and why.
